We stayed in September and the weather was perfect. Nigel and Karen were amazing as hosts’ and the view from our one bedroom villa was absolutely amazing. This was our first trip to the BVI and I could not have imagined a better trip. I’m already saving and planning for a trip to go again. The unit was clean, it had everything we needed to make our own meals, when we wanted and access to wifi and good tv in the evening just made it a wonderful experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone considering going to Jost.

Ocean View Villas are a truly amazing property on Jost Van Dyke. The view is one of a kind. You can see Foxy’s to your left and all of white bay to your right. This place is upscale and first class furnished with everything you would ever need. Karen and Nigel are true gems. They live on property and treat you as family. Kind, kind, people. I promise their isn’t another place better on island. We will definitely be returning to OVV.

Ocean View Villas are fantastic, but Karen and Nigel get top billing. They are wonderful people and gracious hosts that will take care of you during your entire stay. And they have created a wonderful oasis with beautiful landscaping and villas very tastefully decorated in beach themes with every modern convenience you could ask for. The furnishings are excellent and look brand new. Everything is very clean and well taken care of. Even their car rentals are some of the best we have seen. Not to mention the excellent views of the bays! We have known Karen and Nigel for many years and would not hesitate for one minute to recommend their villas. It’s nice to know that when you go on vacation, your accommodations and hosts will more than exceed your expectations.

We have known Karen and Nigel for 14 years and absolutely love them. They go to any length to make sure that your visit ir PERFECT! The views are AMAZING! The location is IDEAL! The villas are immaculate and equipped with everything you might need. Can’t wait to go back and stay with them again!

Our experience at Ocean View Villa was simply amazing. Nigel and Karen were fast to respond to our inquiry from the beginning. Any time we had questions regarding our upcoming stay, they responded very quick. Upon arrival they greeted with warm smiles and a beautiful place to call our home for the few short days we stayed. The place was immaculate and clean. VERY large balcony with breathtaking views. Karen even woke up early to take us to the ferry when it was time to sadly leave. Ocean View Villas exceeded our expectations. Our one bedroom apartment was clean, fresh, modern, and perfect for what we needed. Plus, the bed was adorned with the SOFTEST SHEETS EVER, which made for an incredibly peaceful sleep. Karen and Nigel couldn’t have been more welcoming and warm. Not only were our accommodations comfortable, but to wake up to this view… Breathtaking!

Ocean View Villa is just awesome, the views are seriously breathtaking. My husband and I just returned from a five night stay on the third floor of Ocean View Villa. Karen and Nigel, who are the best, live on the first floor, the second floor is a two bedroom – two bath and the third floor has two – one (Large King) bedroom with a/c – one bath villas that are very nicely equipped with full kitchens, living room and a balcony. The internet is strong which is nice because the phone signal can switch between US and BVI. Karen and Nigel are the most accommodating, we had a surprise visit from some friends and they provided linens for us for the pull out couch. We are “regulars” on Jost and this was our first stay with Karen and Nigel. To be honest, I think we thought it might feel “weird” to stay at a villa where someone lived, BUT it was absolutely NOT! This is now our go to place to stay. A few helpful hints: Get a rental car (Karen will reserve for you), provision from Riteway (or Bobbys), Frankie Chinnery is a great way to get from STT via Water Taxi. It is a beautiful place full of beautiful people, stop and enjoy the journey…

I stayed at Ocean View Villa in the two bedroom, two bath unit in early June. The experience was perfect….from easy booking with responsive and accommodating hosts to the very well kept property with updated everything and spectacular view from the expansive balcony.

Response to my questions prior to arrival was immediate. Karen and Nigel could not have been more helpful and friendly. They were there to greet me upon arrival, checked with me a couple times during the week to assure I was happy and met me on departure day to wish me farewell and safe travels.

I will most definitely stay at Ocean View Villa again. Thank you Karen and Nigel!

Nigel and Karen were most gracious in entertaining all my emails as I was nervous about renting. WOW! The house is awesome, we rented the 2-bed 2-bath with friends. This was so great, we are renting the 4 bedrooms in October. What a wonderful location. Excited to share this with my family. The hurricane has not stopped the gracious people of this island. Support the BVI! You are close to everything, Foxys, Sidney’s Peace and Love, Hendo’s, Foxy’s, the list continues. Beautiful water! Love this island!

We stayed here to celebrate our 20th anniversary and found a true GEM!! Karen & Nigel are the BEST host and it’s apparent that they want all of their guest to be happy. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were very well taken care of any that our stay we the best it could be. The pictures we took from our 360 degree balcony area amazingly breathtaking. WE WILL BE BACK!!
